In 1977, after Tom's time understanding the market with Hudgins, he transferred sideways to work with JH Ewing as a industrial sales & renting agent all the way through until 1984.
Tom then realised it was time to break out by himself, with the experience he had built up working with Hudgins and JH Ewing.
Thomas Crane Realty Co, LLC was set up in 1984. Whilst developing close ties with tenants & developers, Tom worked on his company accounts. Among his initial business partners in the continuing development of buildings and shop renting was Domino's Pizza.
