Tom then realized it was time to start by himself, with the working experience he had accrued working with Hudgins & JH Ewing.

Thomas Crane Realty Co, LLC was set up back in 1984. Whilst developing relationships with tenants and developers, Tom worked for his own company accounts. Just one of his very first associates in the development of premises & shop renting was Domino's Pizza.
