Thomas Crane Realty Co, LLC was set up in 1984. Whilst establishing partnerships with renters and developers, Tom worked on his own brokerage accounts. Just one of his initial business partners in the development of real estate & shop renting was Domino's Pizza.
Thomas Crane Realty Co throughout the late 1980's and early 1990s, worked with retail centre investor-developers all over both the region and south-east, securing a number of highly sought after development and renting friendships.
